2004 Gmc Sierra 2500 Hd

I have installed a six inch Fabtech lift in my truck. My cv axles are at different heights measuring from the ground up. The drivers side sits 3/4 of an inch higher than the passenger. This I believe is making the drivers too short causing it to pull out of the boot. With it being higher on the driver side it is making the angle on it quite worse than the passenger side cv axle. I have gone over everything in the front end. I cant seem to find anything wrong with any parts nothing missing or bent. Any ideas or does any one have a six inch spindel lift that they can observe the front diff and tell me if it is supposed to be out of level.
