I have a 1994 Chevy K1500 4x4. I use to work for a GM dealership when this body style was new, and I remember that there was a combination of buttons you could push on the radio to turn on the LOUD option. I just don't remember what the combination is. Can anyone help me with this?

Someone showed me this in my 89 after I had it for about 5 years. I do not recall for sure, but I believe you have to push 2 buttons simultaneously, and I believe one of them is the center of the Fade button (not up or down, but center). I think the other may have been the volume up?

On my 1990 Sierra, the combination was, I believe Volume down and fade down, or seek down. I know volume down is correct. It was tricky to get it to register you kinda had to press hard. You could also turn on the DNR with I think volume up and either fade or seek up. Try these and if it doesn't work, let me know and I will try to put a batttery in my old truck and figure it out.
