Vibration On Highway During Decel (07 6l 6spd)

Hey guys

 

I just picked up a Sierra 2500 and on the way home from the lot I noticed a vibration on decel in sixth gear. Kinda like running over the rumble strips on the shoulder of the highway.

 

I havent had a chance to look under but what could be the causes of this?

I took it to the dealer and they replaced a rear u-joint. Apparently it had "failed severely"... haha thank God for GM warranties and bail-outs.
