'08 Oil Filter Question

I looked in my owner's manual for an '08 Silverado with the 4.3L v-6. It says to use a PF-47 (AC-Delco) which is a tiny filter. Is there any other larger filter I can put on my truck or do I just use the small One? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks Guys!!

We had a 03 blazer with a 4.3 and there was a short filter and a longer filter that worked on it. I do not recall the #s though.
