Warning Buzzer Quit

My headlights on, seatbelt, key in ignition warnign buzzer quit, I got a new one from GM, $75 w/ taxes Put in , still nothing Anyone have any ideas or suggestions ? Thanks

i had a little fuse tester thing and i went through all my fuses one time..

 

and i found a bad one, and my under the hood light came on and my horn started working lol..

I check all fuses, visually, all seem good. Check again, I am thinking a grounding problem.
