1948 Suburban Hinge Help

I have a 48 suburban with the clam style rear doors. The problem is the top part of the clam is missing the hinges and i've never seen what they even look like. If anyone has pictures of them or knows where to get them I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks.

Here is a pic from my service manual, looked in my factory assembly manual but it did not have the panel body trucks in it, hope this helps.

Those are the wrong style doors I have the clam style. Thanks for the help
