Blower Resistor

kinda weird thing man my truck is a 06 silverado LT edition and my blower resistor broke, so i tryed to buy another one, Advanced Auto ordered 3 different ones and all 3 were the wrong ones and i went my local GM dealership and they looked my same part number up off the old one and the 3 wrong ones came up again, the entire connector was wrong, so i guess ima have to goto a junk yard or something and try and find one. anyone else had this problem?

There is a TSB on it... It lists 3 diffrent numbers(and says parts dept. can determine the one needed by vin, determined by when your vehicle was built and its RPOs). Thats most likely what they went by.

 

89019089 or 89019088 would most likely fit your truck....because the third is for midsized/utility.
