Maybe An Autoride Problem?

I am new to the forum and looking for some answers. For the past week, I noticed that the ride on my 02 suburban with autoride got stiffer. From what I've been reading, when the shocks with autoride goes out, the rear will sag. In my case, it doesn't sag. It seems like the shock won't compress and feels like it's stock along it's travel. I do not have any error codes showing on the dash.
