09 Gmc Sle Z71 Swc

I have an 09 SLE with active fuel management and Flex fuel option.  The truck has Cruise but no Radio controls on the steering wheel.  I plan on adding the DIC and Radio Controls.  The DIC looks pretty strait forward from what I have read.  For the SWC's will I need just a new Wheel with those buttons or a column harness an other things too? 

 

I don't want to void the warranty and will have it done at the dealer, if I have to.
