Earnhardt law suit

What does everyone think about the autopsy photo law suit?? Seems to me this stuff about a Teresa Earnhardt/NASCAR "conspiracy" is being trumped up so a sick few can look at gory photos.......

All I can say is LET THE MAN REST!!!    I am getting sick and tired of hearing all of this.  If this was just a normal person it would never have been a issue.  I do agree that the photos need to stay closed.  We don't need some sick bast**d posting them in the internet to make some cash.

I hate to say it but there really is a bad side to the internet...this being a good example....you know thats where they (the pics) would be headed..
