It's advertised on the GM-Trucks home page. I would get one if they made one with a drop-hitch. I need a 4" drop hitch for my boat.

With our "Tinfoil" bumpers, this may save the day. Especially for people who drive in slow bumper-to-bumper traffic where light rear end collisions are common.

I guess it's ok if you get rearended by a pole. Ugly though.

:jester: Typical clown response. Yes, It is kinda "man-step-ish" looking. But it would certainly help in a low-speed collision, such as in bumper-to-bumper traffic when some dumbass is dialing his phone and smacks into you.

I agree that it could help prevent damage in some low speed collisions. I just wouldn't drive around with the ugly thing stuck up my trucks ass "just in case". I also don't wear my motorcycle helmet in the shower.

Jim, you're just asking for it. Really. That is not smart.

Good luck with that! I couldn't give 2 shits what you think about it. It's not like I am selling them. Or even buying one for that matter. :D

You have to admit that the guy that came up with it was pretty clever. The video and the presentation will probably result in some sales volume. Even if it never saves anybody anything... that guy makes some $$$. Pretty smart.

It would be a cold day in hell before I would tow my trailer off something like that. They did not show one that allows for a weight distribution hitch, but they are suppose to be used 100% of the time. I think not.

Id get it for winter time, for all the dumb asses that dont realize they need to brake early before the light. Some dumbass broke my skull hitch cover this past winter. Lucky for him thats all it was.
