Vortec 8100 8.1l Questions

New member and I need some help!

 

I have 10 8.1L engines that we purchased in the NG/LP configuration for a project my company was working on. Since then we have redirected focus and moved into other markets. We find ourselves in a position to move these engines and are not engine experts. One thought is to sell "as is" the other is to rework to a gas configuration and sell. Problem is we don't know anything about engines or if they could be reconfigured. Any feedback would be appreciated.

The engines can be converted back to gas, though I would suggest selling them as is as you wouldn't incur the additional loss of the expense of converting them back to gas.

 

To sell them you can eBay them, Craigslist them, post to the for sale sections of various truck forums.
