More on TV

I am really disappointed in TNN. With the WC and Busch coverage unavailable, they had an awesome opportunity to show the world more ASA, Hooter's Cup, Late Model, Modified, and all the various forms of racing.

There is so much good competition out there. The way racing is growing, NASCAR LateModels on TV would probably get good ratings.

Yes and they've changed their name from The Nashville Network to The National Network.

If they think that reruns of The Dukes and Sheriff Lobo will sustain them, I think that they're in for a surprise (no offense intended, General).

The XFL was a bust, maybe they'll do more racing with that out of the way.

no offense taken, I quit watching the show a year ago.

I think they're trying to get more Audience Groups. They were tired of being known as the Redneck chanell.

It doesn't really suprise me what they are doing.  I'm pretty sure that the people who run MTV took over TNN last year.  This took place about the same time the name was changed.  I don't think that crowd probably cares much about racing....
