3 Rd Brake Light Question

I have a cracked 3 rd brake light ( the one above the back window of cab ) and was wondering if anyone knew if the ones from a 07 - 08 would fit on a 2000 Silverado ?

not sure if it will or not but i would find out if the plugs are the same? how far apart the the holes to mount it on the 2000 or the 2007? i would just get a new led one off eaby thats for a 2000.

Thanks ! I didn't even think about the electrical connections. But still would like to know if those will fit. They look the same.
