Seat Warmer Issues

I have a 2005 GMC Sierra, 4 Door, Standard box (6'6"), 4X4, Duramax. The seat warmer on the drivers side comes on by itself, continues to go off and on at different heat levels. After 30 to 45 minutes it might turn off. Is there a computer update to fix this and if not can I remove the fuse with out affecting other operations.

Is there an update to improve the engine performance. I pull a 12,000 lb 5th wheel and would like to improve fuel consumption.

Since nobody has replied I'll give my $.02, for what it's worth, I had a similar issue with my 06 silvy and finally replaced the switch in the door. Haven't had a problem since. Hope you get it figured out.

Missed this one the first time around. But yeah, I'd say the switch needs to be replaced.
