looking to add wheel house liners and splash guards to 09 4wd Z71. which gets installed first? ive never dealt with either.

I would do the splash guards first because for the rear wheels, you have to drill the holes for the screws. If there is no wheel hose liner in the way, you will have access to treat the holes with something to prevent rust. I used paint, GM recommends a teflon based lubricant and gives the GM p/n for it in the instructions.
