There is a dead mouse in my air conditioning fan blower. (Trust me, you can smell it. Also, not too uncommon in the country.) When I turn on the fan, you can hear the thump, thump, thump.

 

I know the blower assembly is under the dash, behind the glove box, but I cannot figure out how to take it out to inspect and clean. I have the black plastic cover off the bottom, and the dash loose around the glove box.

 

How do I remove the fan blower assembly? Thanks for any help.

Remove the glove box and then disassemble all bolts that hold the blower shrouding. Its an awkward process due to cramped working conditions.
