This was the last straw. I'm taking my truck to the dealers in 5 mintues. I'm up for inspection and guess what? My wonderful wipers have decided not only to stop working correctly on the intermintant settings, but now ONE OF THE WIPERS DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!! This is the third time!!!!!!!  ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! On the phone they told me that they might not be able to fix the wipers untill late next week. Thats not going to help me when it snows tomorrow! Also, if the wipers don't work, then how is it going to pass inspection??????????GM, get ready to take my truck back!

I don't blame you for being pissed.I think I would probably go above the dealers' head if I were in your position.

The last "Dealer and Vehicle Satisfaction Survey" i got in the mail i filled out accordingly.

It was right after they tried to fix my doors for the 3rd time. Needless to say i checked "totally unsatisfied" many times!!!  Today they called and left a message on the answering machine asking me to call them and tell them what was wrong. It couldn't have been better timing with what happened today.

BTW: it was "just a loose nut" that was the problem. I still have to go in next week to get the intermintant mode problem fixed. :(

So are you leasing the truck or did you buy it?  Just wondering because you don't want to get rid of it until you have 36,000 miles on it.

I sure don't blame you for being pissed though.

We bought it with .9% financing. With our employee discounts we recived all the normal discounts (?) and then the employee discount(?) and then another "special" employee discount(?). Needless to say that .9% was reversed pretty quickly. I think the MSRP on my truck was 26K and we got it for somewhere around 21-22K. Great deal!

I'm going to hate to see it go, but i can just see the problems contining after the warrenty, but then we'll have to pay for it. For example, this morning i found the rubber boot around the shift lever on the steering wheel for the auto is ripping. Talk about a piece of shit.
