07 Nbs Humming/grinding Noise In Front At 40+

I have a 2007 new body style silverado 4X4. When I am getting to around 35 MPH I start to hear a humming almost slightly grinding noise in my front end. It is much worse when I go over dips in the road not bumps but when the road dips and rises and the truck is following it the noise comes in and out with the dips in the road and then when back to a smooth road it stays steady but a bit lower in volume. I remember reading somewhere that someone else had a problem with a bad tire/s up front and it was doing the same thing over dips in the road but I never heard a tire make this kind of noise before and I have had many trucks over the years. This 07 4X4 only has 14000 miles on it. It does not go away in 4X4 either it is the same. It is there all the way from around 35-50 MPH and until the road noise on the highway seems to drown it out. Also when I turn the steering wheel it makes no difference and the pitch or tone of the noise is always the same with different speeds. Had the noise since I bought the truck with 6000 miles on it but it has gotten much louder since then. Thinking it might be wheel bearings I jacked up the front end and spun the tires and each side sounded smooth when spinning and each side seems tight. Hoping for a few ideas before I can get it to the dealer which won't be for at least two weeks.
