Has anyone swaped out their gauges from the 4 to 6 dial variety? and do your need to reflash bcm?

4 dial to 6 dial

I did and it was easy from my standpoint to switch them out. Everything worked except the traction control. According the steeler this was because the ABS/braking was not configured properly for the cluster. They charged me $132.00 to reflash to match up with my truck. The only difference I see is my traction control indicator now works. My dealer also said they have to remove the cluster and send to a special 3rd party shop to get the mileage and hours corrected for another $120.00 I am only a couple thousand off so I living with it...

thanks for info

in the lower model it only has the two outside gauges fuel and water temp not the uper two.
