Replacing Passenger Side Power Window Motor

HELP!!!!!!!!! Is there not as easier way to replace the motor? Just by looking I'm either going to have to cut a opening or enter the little opening above the motor, Which don't think I can reach. Please help if you can. Also the switch on the passenger side needs to be replaced, Can I not just use the one on the driver side? Thanks Guys

I have not worked over the passenger side, but the driver side on my 92 was relatively easy. My suggestion is to grab a shop manual from your local favorite parts store or run to the library and pull the repair manuals from the reference section. I always look to these first, then proceed from there. As far as the switch, you should be able to power it from the driver side with no problem, beats having a lock you forget to turn off for your passengers...
