I'm having way too much fun with my TMaxx 4WD Nitro truck that I had to get another one.  I've done alot of research and decided to go with a 2WD this time.  I bought an Associated RC10GT "team" truck with most of the factory upgrades and a .12 OS CV-X motor.

If you don't have a fat wallet or an understanding wife then don't get into this hobby...  I've probably spent "at least" ? or more on these 2 trucks!!!

I told my wife my son could play with the new one, but I didn't tell her he'd have to wait a few years!!! (hee, hee!)  (He's only 8 now, and these things are way too fast and complex for him!!!)

Wow dude! Looks liek your having a blast! I need to get my E-Maxx together again. I have the whole rear taken apart to clean the differnentals. Since then ive gottena  recall on the ESC, so i need to mail than it. :(Hows that Tmaxx running with the OS?

That's awesome.  My neighbor has one and it is FAST.  I haven't run my t-maxx with my O.S. in it yet, i need an air filter extension.  I have a MIP 360 stinger and header so with that combo my T should FLY.  I bet your 8 year old is drooling when you run that thing.

The OS CVX .15 in the T is a great motor.  It has all kinds of low end torque, but it won't rev as high as the Ported TRX pro .15.  I'm running a 20 toothe clutch bell and went to a 72 tooth spur gear.  It won't wheelie right now but I ordered an 18 tooth clutch bell and 2 5x10 bearings and I probably won't be able to keep the front wheels on the ground.  My friend has an electric Hammerhead 2WD, that I think I will buy from him for my 8 year old to get used too before I turn him completly loose on the Nitro.  He has driven the TMaxx before and loves it but I won't let him take it out of first gear.
