was towing today with 3700lb trailer had taul haul mode

noticed no diff with on or off lightis on 2009 silverado 4.8 4speed

should i fell or se adiff on tac

what i found is that it doesn't shift up and down going up hills. just stays in the gear. higher rpm range sounds right

My results...

 

With tow/haul off: With foot light on pedal shifting occurs at roughly 2000 rpm. Shifts happen when not really accelerating anymore.

With tow/haul on: Shifts occur at 2500-3000 rpm range. Shifts usually do not occur if just coasting. When it shifts the RPMs drop in the 2000 area (to maintain good torque). Shifts seem to be quicker, but could just be because of the operating range of RPMs.
