Offset Question?

Hey everyone, the name is Alex and I am new to the forum as far as posting goes even though my profile says been a member for a few weeks. I did utilize the search button quite a bit on this topic, but I couldnt exactly find the answer I needed for the type of set up I am looking to do and if so I guess I am just plane ignorant when it comes to wheel/tire offset issues. For starters, I just recently bought a new 09' GMC SIERRA Z71 4X4 Crew Cab "All Terrain" package. Now the question is, what offset is recommended for little or no rubbing for a set up of Moto Metal 951 18" wheels with Nitto Mud Grapplers 35x12.50R18 slapped on? I know I will require a lift kit which I do plan on getting also, the lift I am looking at is Fabtech 6" basic lift, seeing my previous truck (05' Silverado) had the same lift on it and I had no problems. I guess from my little understanding on this matter, my tires will stick out some, I am not really fond of tires sticking out, the most I am looking to have them stick out is maybe max 1". Trying to avoid having that "frog" look but more along the lines of a "flush" look. Is there anyone who can possibly point me in the right direction as far what kind of wheel offset you recommend for me to achieve the set up I want?

Also this site is very informative, spend a lot of time on it at work just reading up on info. :dunno:
