Blue-tooth Not Disconnecting?

So Ive asked the dealer to check into this a couple times and the first time, the master tech didn't even know the truck had Blue-tooth!

 

So I paired my phone to the trucks system and everything works great. The problem is when I exit the vehicle, its suppose to disconnect from my phone when the door is opened and it doesn't. So anytime I am within range of my truck the two connect and cause an issue. The issue is that my phone rings, I answer it and well geesh there's no one on the other end! Oh wait they are there they're just talking to no one in the cab of my truck!

 

Any one else have or heard any issues like this?

 

The truck is a 2009 Sierra 2500HD SLE Ext. Cab.

I am willing to bet the green light on the right side of your mirror is always on too, which is supposed to go out when you open the door
