Front Bumper Scratch, May You Look It?

Hi I scratched the front bumper chrome, I looked at gmpartsdirect, but price is 212,45 , and S&H 131.11, so grand total: 344,56... I really like my truck to be like new condition.. so this small scratch, make me feel bad..

I contacted bumpersandbeds.com because they has the parts used but in like new condition.. so, I can get better price..

Mine has no cut out in the center.. any problem if i install the one with the cutout in the front...

On gmparts the aprt they're suggesting i don't know if has the cut out in the center... anyways the parts gmpartsdirect suggest is: 15836961 this after search trought the catalog database, and enter 2007 silverado 1500 newbody style, (beacuse 2008, doesn't has as much parts as 07 has)....

Have you tried your local dealer? I discovered this week that mine would give the same discounts the online stores do + not charge the shipping cost, just state tax. They'll be my first choice from now own.

That's not a scratch, that's a deep ding or dent. There may be places out there that can fix this without having to replace the bumper. These bumpers are not made of very thick steel, so they might be able to push out the ding back out from behind with the bumper off the truck, of course.
