The Perfect Cleaner

I do not sell this or make even a penny for doing this, I am just helping.

I read a tread on Tuesday about someone cleaning under there hood and bought a can of engine gunk to do so, I thought I could help.

I bought a building last Oct to move my motorcycle/Atv dealership in to, I wanted to paint the ceiling butt it looked like someone cooked French fries and chicken in a fryer for 20 or so years, This was a old metal shop many years ago. I went out to my local Walmart and bought a cart full of degreasers and oven cleaner then started testing.

What I found was a $3.50 bottle of Rubbermaid Commercial Degreaser (purple stuff), it even had a picture of a chain and sprocket on the label. As soon as this stuff hit the ceiling it worked, this is something all of us have ever asked for, something to work and NOW. I have NEVER seen something work this nice and fast, so I did what most of us always do, test it on more stuff, I haven't stopped testing it yet. I have not yet found 1 thing it will harm.

I use it on all of my Motorcycles,ATv's,Snowmobiles,Scooter,Cars,Trucks,Lawn mowers,Skid Loader etc. My wife uses it in the house and just got a stain out of the carpet (grease). 2 things that stick in my head about it. 1) I sprayed it on my white letter on my 2500hd, the one's I have not cleaned for 1 1/2 years, I sprayed it on, took a light scrub brush for a second or two and dumped a pail of water on them, just like new, bright and not like smokers teeth either. 2) I had a Harley come in for a rear tire, it looked like he hit every bug in Minnesota, my wife even asked him how the hell he could see through the windshield. After I was done I sprayed the whole bike down with my favorite purple stuff, yep even the HD windshield, let it sit and and soak 3-5 min's, then hit it with 2400psi pressure washer. Got myself a $23 tip

I have bought this stuff at Walmart in the hardware section and just picked up some at Menard's where all the cleaners are.

Hope this helped.

Umm.... remind me to never let you touch any of my stuff. Some of what you're describing is downright DANGEROUS.

I have been asked a few times which one works better.

They are both the same, just different labels. Just did a white wall on a Yamaha Road Star last night, it maid the used front look like the new rear, yes I used a soft brush.

I spent 6 hours buffing Westleys off my aluminum wheels a few ago. I will definately try this stuff.

That's odd for sure. Did you allow it to dry any? I've used it on factory wheels for 20 yrs. now and on the new All Terrain rims without an issue. Spray on in shade of course, let set and do its thing, then a mist of water soft wheel brush and rag for the crevices. Its even removed tar stains from my wife's Jeep Liberty floor mats.
