Duramax Diesel Problem

I have a 2002 Gmc 3500 dually with a duramax diesel. It has 112,000 miles on it with a bully dog system. Recently seems like only when it is damp out the engine light comes on and spratically hitches not too much but feels like the key is turned off and then on. The code is for engine overboost. I have had the bully dog system for a while so I am not sure if that is the problems or something else. Truck tows race car trailer and does it when in a pull. Wastegate? Any help would be appreciated.

Probably the WG. Take the BD off and see if the problems continue.
