Vibration That Comes And Goes.

I got a 2007.5 extended cab regular bed 2500hd 4x4. It's got a 6.0 with 6 speed auto trans. I am getting a rumble in the floorboard and a vibration that comes and goes. It gets alittle worse when the truck is under load, ie. lugging up a hill on the highway. I only feel this vibration in the floorboard and occassionally I can hear a low, deep rumble when the vibration comes on. Is or has anyone had this problem? If so what fixed it?

Have had a similar issue since day one. 09 EC 4x4 6.0/6spd. No rumble, just a vibration felt at the floor board. I think its exhaust resonance. Only occurs around 1500-1700 rpm, which unfortunately for me is my typical cruise range. Not a major issue, just annoying as hell. Last time I had the truck in for warranty work (replace cab lights) the tech took it out for a ride and said it felt normal

I know they updated / replaced the rear cab mounts for a "beaming" issue around 2009 models IIRC.

There are several other vibration related bulletins that I know of.

#10-06-05-001, involves replacing the muffler due to a loose baffle

#02-06-05-003I, install braided flex pipe for exhaust moan / vibration (I think this is my issue)

Thats what I am leaning towards. Truck has 52,000 miles and has never pulled a trailer. I wonder if gm would cover this under warranty?
