  2. My brother in Christ, I would love some amber DRL’s on my ‘24 Silverado. Is this Christmas miracle possible?

  4. Oh, look...another POS spammer that should have dripped down his momma's leg

  6. Yesterday
  7. I disconnected the battery overnight. Cleaned the camera face and still no worky. By the way, lane departure warning and collision avoidance is inoperative as well.
  8. The only other parts needed were 2 extension cables. I put a connection in the cap so I could unplug the camera when I remove the cap without having to undo any wire routing. This has worked great.
  9. How can i switch my silverado 2021 from neutral to park without my remote?
  10. Wow. That does not sound normal to me with only 8k LBs. You need to definitely get a diesel if you are about to double the weight of your trailer.
  11. How can i put my truck in park mode when its locked into neutral and i dont have a key?
  12. Thanks for the feedback concerning the OLM. So what do you think about performing your own oil changes? Has anyone had a failure and was challenged to be covered under the warranty because you do your own oil changes?
  13. Great thread, I have done this as well as the "Poor Mans Camera" and can say everything worked out great, I did order 48" cables and I did not have to trim my bed liner at all. Thanks all!
  14. Great thread, I have done this for my 2022 AT4 HD, and can say everything works great, worst part will be running the cable from the back through the gooseneck on my old trailer
  15. That is super helpful. Thanks. I will inspect it. (top right rear, is that passenger side?) Can you confirm that the trans temp is in the wire harness in the tranny? And any idea how I can find the part number other than going to the dealer? I can't find it anywhere. Most the time I have no transmission temperature.
  16. This example was with my 2024. With the 6L90 there was no indicator showing the gear it was in. I agree on the 6 spd though.
  17. Transmission is handled from the TCM on these year 4L60, not the ECM. Both the ECM and TCM however do share a common ground, ground G106 which is on the top right rear of the engine, so check that ground out. As far as where each sensor has its ground, its in each module, so the coolant temp sensor grounds in the ECM, the transmission temp sensor grounds in the TCM.
  18. Your experience with finding an Arrival Blue SEO truck at Gandrud Chevrolet sounds like a stroke of luck!
  19. It's great that you were able to get the color you loved from the older truck models.
  20. If you were climbing at 60 mph at around 3500 rpm in an L8T with the 6L90, you were in 3rd gear. The truck climbs great in that gear at 60 - quiet and smooth.
  21. GM needs to just say for release dates and availability, "YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS OURS"
  22. That is what worries me. You can chase those forever. Maybe I will crawl under the truck and look at the harness where it enters the firewall?
  23. That's super helpful. So I am going to change both the thermostat and temp sending unit. So hopefully that will clear that. Is there any chance that a bad ECM could be causing my trans temp to normally read nothing and when it does work it jumps all over the place? I have been told on other forums that its the temp sending unit built into the internal harness on my 2013 4L60E
  24. Not off hand. I was at work and in a hurry but looked up upper control arms for a 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 on one of the big GM parts websites then a 2020 Silverado 1500. Sure enough, different numbers.
  25. Welcome to the forum. New trans would be great for you and would put pressure on GM to get this valve body supply issue straightened out. There are others waiting for backordered valve bodies.
  26. I have and honestly I hate the Chevrolet grill if the made a replacement grill that was just a bow tie I’d get it and paint match it and the bumper
