01 Suburban Air Door Actuator Issue

Well, I am pretty sure it is. Sometimes get cold air when it should be hot and get hot air when it should be cold. Moving the temp knob will momentarily relieve issue, but it persists. Intermittent issue that is there more often than not. Was going to get a new actuator from LMC, but want to be sure how to swap or if there is another culprit for the issue.

Did a bunch of searches on the forum and did not find a thread for this, what I think is, common issue.

Anyone have a good picture of where I am headed. I've been into the ductwork on this thing, but not had to take anything major out and put back in. My haynes manual doesn't cover it.

Oh, non-auto air. We've got knobs, no digital, just standard F/R climate control.

Thanks,
