No...It's just that the spindle nuts and tie-rod bolts need to be snugged up a bit. I felt a bit of a knock in the steering when turning into parking lots with a dip or my driveway and that's where i started was tightening the nuts. McGaughys install specs say check all fasteners after 500 miles or something like that.

I re-tightened all of the spindle nuts and tie-rod ends after 500 miles and the were not loose but they did snug up a bit. That might be what you heard. I checked them after 1000 miles and all was good.

No squeaking here... Did you tighten the springs,shackles,upper-lower control arms with the suspension loaded or while it was jacked up and unloaded?

Check to condensation drain, It's probably plugged with gunk. I take compressed air with a long nozzle stick it all the way inside of the drain and give it a few good burst of air and water will flow out.

Nothing special just Metric sockets to disassemble the uppers and lower ball joints and brake calipers and the rotors have 3 bolts to remove them. You will also need some tin snips to cut the dust shield behind the front rotor and some loctite for the top stud that will need to be installed on the spindle. Grab you some large zip ties or clothes hangers to hang the calipers from the upper control arms...you DO NOT want them to hang from the hose itself. Its all in the instructions

GM made the Intake tube baffled like that so it would be quite inside the cab. Some people do not like the intake noise that you get from say an Airaid CAI.
RT
now that will be a shorter shackle and not a longer one because of the new shackle bracket that was installed during the flip kit. The shackle is now under the bracket instead of (stock) being on top. You could also do a leaf spring swap.

I'm good with your assessment... and I would agree that the Throttle and Trans are very lazy and downshift clunky-ness needs improvement. I have also noticed the tranny holding an upshift from 2-3 and can't stand it. Hell my 2009 Silverado DCSB 4.8 City truck is more peppy and shifts better than my 2014 RCSB 5.3. I want crisp throttle and shifts, shift timing adjustments and the AFM Delete.
After the tune i'm also done and I already have the Airaid MIT, MBRP catback as far as mileage it is also important to me but I rarely do any interstate running and even running 3:73's I really don't think it will suffer to much if i chose to do so. I'm getting ready for a tune myself with Blackbear and so far the customer service is great...so thanks for your opinion on your tune. Let us know if you make any changes.

What octane tune did you go with...and whats the verdict on your truck? Like it, need adjustments, more-less aggressive? Mileage change same, less, better?
