  1. 2019 Sierra Crew Cab SLT X31 5.3L with SLT Premium Plus and Sunroof. Sticker was just shy of $60,000, they brought it down to almost $45,000 before TTL. I ended up getting around $10,000 off the sticker out the door. I feel okay with the deal. It was a retired service loaner with 2,500 miles which helped on the price. They also gave me a fair number for my 2016 Silverado trade.
  2. I got almost $14,000 off on my SLT X31 because it was a retired service loaner with 2,500 miles on it. Still qualified for all the new truck rebates from GM, plus the dealer chipped in a couple grand since it had some miles on it.
  3. Just got a $50 check from GMF. I too, did not make single payment before refinancing with Penfed. Went from an almost 7% interest rate with GM to 3.49 with Penfed.
  4. I've had my '19 Sierra for about two weeks now and have just over 1,500 miles. No issues other than the parking brake randomly setting itself a few times. I'll bring it up when I take it in for its first oil change.
  5. I am too, but when I see an F-150 in there I know I should clear. Another good reason to get the sunroof, I can open the shade and look at how close I am to the ceiling.
  6. What an idiot. Why doesn't he just make fun of the 'man-step' again while he's at it. Ford sales just keep going up while GMs are in the toilet and this mentality is exactly why.
  7. LT all day. No way I could live with the cheap plastic interior in the Custom.

  9. I was thinking this was going to be the weekend I go and trade up for a 2019, but now I'm not so sure. Is this all trucks, or is it just certain build dates like the window leak? I'm really not interested in buying a new vehicle and having to worry if it's going to lose all of its oil all over the highway.
  10. I agree, the infotainment screen design is a step back from MyLink if you ask me. It just looks really cheap and dated. Small complaint, but a complaint nonetheless.
  11. Good looking truck. I love Pepperdust.
  12. I noticed that too. I've also seen quite a few more T1s on the road in the last couple days than I did in the first couple of months after they came out. They must have had a good February.
  13. You could get a "spray in bedliner delete" on the K2 High Country and Denali. Is that not a thing anymore?
  14. This. They wanted another step to get into the tailgate without looking like they outright copied Ford.
  15. I'm pretty sure you could get Bose on the K2 LT/SLE.
  16. I think it has more to do with pushing you into a higher optioned, more expensive truck.
  17. I've seen LT and RST trucks without Bose that did have SXM. Not sure how they were optioned in order to get SXM.
  18. I wonder if the Tahoe/Suburban RST wheels will fit on the new trucks?
  19. Well, went and wasted two hours today (most of that spent sitting at a table by myself waiting on the slower than dirt sales guy). The RST I originally wanted didn't have the Safety Package, which both I and the salesman, thought it did. We went and took an LTZ for a test ride instead. Sticker was $58,xxx, they were willing to give $8,000 off without lease loyalty. They then added back almost $3,000 worth of "accessories" (Cheap tint and nitrogen in the tires aren't accessories). They were willing to give $32,000 for my trade. Numbers just didn't work out to where I wanted to be. I did decide I want an LTZ for sure. I was on the fence about the RST because of the deal, but I should have known that if I was having second thoughts, it probably wasn't right for me. The hunt continues... Maybe I will wait a few more months to see if the deals get better, or maybe I'll start looking at dealers out of state and see what they can do.
  20. Just got off the phone with the sales guy. The truck I'm looking at (and all those with $15,000 off) are service loaners. He told me that the truck was just recently put into service and only has about 400 miles on it. They will honor the $13,000 off without lease loyalty. I'm going in tomorrow. Their KBB deal says my '16 LTZ Crew Cab with 22,000 miles is worth $35,800 trade in (In Very Good Condition, which my low mile garage kept truck is). I'm going to hold them to it, as I'm expecting them to try and ream me on my trade to make up for that big discount.
  21. This is from their website: Looks like there's a $2,000 lease loyalty rebate, which I will not qualify for. Everything else it looks like I should qualify for. Obviously, I'll have to finance with GMF at their lousy rate, but I can refinance after 90 days with my CU as I've done in the past. I've noticed a few other dealers have a $2,000 loyalty rebate for just owning a '99+ GM vehicle, I'll have to talk to them about that. https://www.citychevrolet.com/VehicleDetails/new-2019-Chevrolet-Silverado_1500-RST-Charlotte-NC/3356288333
  22. I'm going to give them a call later this morning to feel them out before I go down there. If they won't lay out for me what the rebates are exactly and If I qualify for them all before I come in, I will likely pass on them. The RST is not my favorite trim, but at that price, it would be hard to pass up. I found a couple of good deals on Sierras as well. $13,000 off this gorgeous Denali . I may end up pushing my budget up a little to get the Trail Boss or LTZ Z71 I really want.
  23. Cary, NC. The dealer offering this discount is Sir Walter Chevrolet in Raleigh.
  24. Looking at trading my '16 LTZ for a '19 RST Z71 with Leather, Bose and Safety Package. Local dealer is offering up to $15,000 off MSRP, bringing the $54,xxx stickered truck I'm looking at down to $39,000. I'm expecting some kind of tricks since the offer is *UP TO* $15K off. I'd love to have a Sierra AT4, but they're out of my budget.
