  1. Changed mine last week as well. Got it through Folsom Chevy in California. Delivered for $63.
  2. I got lucky so far. March 2018 production date. Vehicle is kept outside and I do keep up with washing polishing etc. Still hanging in there. Fingers crosssed.
  3. Wondering if all the time limits are out the window now because we are not in “normal” times. Pandemic/chip shortage. Also could the owner locate one himself say at a salvage yard and have it installed until a new part is available? At he would have his truck. But then again it’s probably costly. Heck what’s not these days. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. The new update on my iPhone is crap. Constant crashes and logs out. I have deleted and installed. No luck. I’m going to call onstar and complain. Maybe I can get a few free months. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Did you just acquire the vehicle? Did you buy it new? If so did the shake just happen now? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. That would be unknown. Are they still building with those lifters if the engine can’t perform cylinder deactivation? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Agreed. I just read some 2021’s are being built without afm due to parts shortage. Some lucky ones will scoop these up https://finance.yahoo.com/amphtml/news/gm-builds-2021-pickups-without-134828278.html Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. He turns the AFM system off so it’s full time V8. That has nothing to do with emissions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Might be worth checking out. Free replacement if affected. https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2021/RMISC-21T001-5089.pdf Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. I have been using these filters and never had an issue. I always inspect before I install but anything mass produced will have defects. I’m also wondering if the gasket was stuck on the block from the previous filter and the tech didn’t realize it. I have seen them leak when that happens. Just a thought. 12. Didn’t hear about it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I also have a Lew tune. Nothing but a positive interaction with him. His communication is great and quick with replies. Very satisfied with tune. http://diablewtune.com/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. It’s the antenna amplifier located behind rear seat on passenger side above window. I chose to do it myself even though I am still under warranty. About 25 bucks from rockauto and 30 min of my time. I just didn’t feel like finding greasy fingerprints on my headliner Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Had my 6L80 tuned when I went with a 93 tune from Diablew. My shifts are firm going up but no jerking on the downshifts. I used to have the same problem as others with the factory tune. It was annoying. I changed out factory fill at 24k miles to AMSOIL sig trans fluid. Now have 34k miles and no issues at all. Fluid still cherry red. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Had my Tahoe engine oil cooler lines replaced last month and they were covered under powertrain. The transmission oil cooler lines are not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Which dash cam did you buy? I was looking to do the same. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Apple and android track places that you frequent often. Android does it in google maps and it’s called “timeline”. Click on three lines in upper left. Apple calls it “significant location” and it’s located in settings/privacy/system services/significant locations. Both these systems can be disabled if you choose. Amazing how much data it collects. 19. Never bought one for any vehicle in my entire life. I do my own maintenance. Never needed a repair I couldn’t fix. I’m way ahead of the game at this point. They are a huge money maker. Only pay out 10 cents for every dollar they collect. Keep your money. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. My 18 Tahoe had the same problem. I think 18+ it shares the same port the range is using in which onstar can’t communicate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Go with the paint code. Not the name. The names are different from gmc to Chevy. Mine is tungsten but the Yukon is iridium. Same paint code. Different name. Your code is listed with Rpo codes. I thought the same until I dig deeper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Is it 5/60k from purchase date of warranty or car in service date? Also what dealer did you use? I’ll have to inquire at mine. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Check this place out https://www.automotivetouchup.com/spray_paint_matched.aspx Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Still going strong here. No issues after replacing. Anyone who replaced the amplifier having any issues? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. If you get it tuned that can be taken care of. But obviously it voids the warranty. Had mine tuned at 18k miles. Best thing I did. Got rid of that crappy idle too. Raised it to 600 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
