  1. I have the Derringer and use the app all the time. No issues at all. The monthly OnStar reports are a bit useless though, 1/2 the data comes back as not able to read. tire pressure, oil life and stuff come through though.
  2. For the same stretch of road? There are a few spots near me that have never shown a speed limit, have always been dashes, and there are other that are just wrong.
  3. I have a June 2019 build date. There is a hill by my office that is 35mph, the truck has always kept me from running away when going down it. I have not been to the office much since March or so but went in the last two days and could not get the truck to maintain speed any of the three times I went down it. last service that updated any software was in the March time frame. Edit to add it was a Service Update Bulletin (N192285430): Engine Control Module Calibration Error
  4. No issues, been over a year since i put it on.
  5. I've seen on other forums the K&N is throwing a "Service air filter" message. No experience myself.
  6. I added foam to the entire front edge and it still leaks in both front corners. Not the corner-corner but the water seems to come in 6-12 inches back on both sides. If I hadn't hosed it down and verified water came out of drain hoses I'd swear they weren't working.
  7. Not really sure, Gen 7 according to the apple website. But its the older gen 7, I know it was bought before 2015. I've also loaded all my iTunes music on a usb drive and it works also.
  8. I'm not sure I would want it to touch the cab as long as the camera is clear. I've made a 12 hour drive with the cover folded up without any issues. The arms kept it locked in place without rubbing the cab which is fine with me. As mentioned, I can make it touch, but I'm just not sure why I would want to.
  9. I have used an older iPod Nano connected to the USB port in the console with out an issue. I believe the rear ports are power only if you were trying to use that one.
  10. Lastly, this is the side view with the struts in place.
  11. Inside views with cover in the up position. This is with minor pressure on support struts, I can push it farther to see the bed better if needed.
  12. If you look at the lower part of the fold you can see one has a larger gap than the other. The larger gap is as result of not "pinching" the bottom together during the last fold. Hopefully this helps.
  13. I cant tell by your pictures if this is your issue but in order to get it to go all the way forward you have to make sure its "compressed" at the base. If I just fold it, the last fold leaves a gap between section at the base. I have to hold it vertical and hold the base/bed end/bottom together to get it to lay all the way forward. I'll try to get some pics in a bit.
  14. I don't believe that is true, I could be wrong though. The Derringer cable connects to the iDash and the IDash cable plugs into the OBDII port. If you pull that iDash cable how does the derringer communicate with the truck?
  15. They don’t offer the non iDash version any more. You need the iDash to do firmware updates. I love the added functionality of the iDash, did a stationary regeneration in the driveway today.
  16. iDash data monster, an iDash super gauge, Derringer and Pedal Monster. CAI was pushed out to late this year. It appears these truck as very picky with air flow and will throw a CEL if you just increase flow rates.
  17. Very happy with my banks set up for what its worth.
  18. I thought this also, but it only looks that way during the day. At night I don't see the green so it must just be the green of the light housing. After paying a little closer attention, mine also lights up (dimly) while not in use.
  19. I am a big fan of the tailgate. I use it every time I climb in and out of the bed. Just lowering the inner section makes reaching things in the bed so much easier. I really like being able to flip the step up and carry 8' lumber without an issue. I dont load ATVs so I haven't had to deal with the weight limitations on the inner section.
  20. Positive I am using the right port. Trailer dimensions haven't changed. Only other thing I can think of is that I moved the camera from the roof to the correct placement on the ramp door. I did not redo the trailer profile, just assumed once it calibrated the new placement it would be good. Maybe I'll just delete the profile and start over.
  21. I thought it was normal, appreciate any help.
  22. Mine calibrates every key cycle, I leave the truck running when fueling to keep from loosing the calibration.
  23. Sold mine for $200. They iced up really easy. Came close to busting my butt several times. Went with Amps, hopefully they ice up less since they retract.
