  1. Do a Google search as there is a DIY fix or send it out to one of the companies that repair them, cheaper than an OEM replacement.
  2. I lemon lawed a 2015 Tahoe in Florida, do a Google search for the requirements in Georgia. Have good documentation and all service work orders. Also Google search Lemon Law attorneys, most will get paid when GM settles the case. I did not get much help from GM and I doubt things have changed in the last few years. Good luck and keep us informed.
  3. Did you try a Google search with the GM part number.
  4. Take them for a ride and show them what it is doing. Also see if there is another one on the lot and have them drive yours and then the one on the lot. Good luck. Hope you get it resolved.
  5. I know in the US each state is different when it comes to Lemon Law and Lemon Law attorneys. Not sure what it is called in Canada but I would do a Google search and see what your rights are. If you have an owners manual there may be Lemon Law rights listed or on a separate yellow card. Good luck.
  6. Is it the one listed in this thread? If I remember most with problems were having to replace the USB port. There is a youtube or instructions with pictures floating around. A Google search should turn it up.
  7. You have your answer posted in the other truck forum.
  8. Did they do a road force balance to check for wheel issue or tire issue. I believe the sweet spot is 15 or below. I would do that first and then move forward looking for other issues.
  9. I would un-torque and just snug them up and see if the noise goes away.
  10. Try blue painters tape on different areas and try to pin point it that way. Good luck.
  11. Maybe do a Google search and see if anyone else has experienced this issue.
  12. Get the parts diagram from the Dealer's parts department and it should show three different part numbers or one for the whole unit, then you will know for sure and can share it with the glass company. Good luck.
  13. Sounds like one of those builds(true lemon) when the pandemic started out and things were really bad. With that many issues I would check the Lemon Law for your state and find a Lemon Law attorney. Documentation is key so make sure you have a copy of all the work orders. I Lemon Lawed a first year built Tahoe, 2015, in Florida and received full MSRP plus all GM accessories that I had added. Good luck.
  14. I also agree with Grumpy. I have had GM products for a long time and have always used OEM wipers with no issues. This thread is kind of like what is the best oil. Many different opinions but bottom line just use a good quality product.
  15. I have a 2020 Trail Boss and no shift issues no matter first shift or last shift. Nothing like a neck snapping shift first thing in the morning to start off your day. Don't give up which I'm sure there hoping you will do. For what we pay for these they need to function properly. Good luck and I hope you get it sorted out.
  16. Pick another one from their lot and tell them lets go for a ride. I'm sure it won't be normal.
  17. Maybe they can reprogram the tranny. It should not shift like that. Good luck.
  18. Any update on this I wanted to do the same thing.
  19. Check the measurements of another truck like yours on the Dealer lot and see if it is the same.
  20. You may qualify for Lemon Law in your state for the amount of time it took to repair if its even fixed. I would also be asking for the monthly payments reimbursed. Good luck.
  21. Look up the Lemon Law in your state and look for a Lemon Law attorney. Most will take the case and get paid at the end through the settlement. Do not deal with "no" customer service GM rep. Keep good notes and all documentation in the form of your Dealer work orders. I would concentrate on the no start issue. I went through this in the state of Florida. Have patience as this will not happen over night, keep after them, do not give up, and you should succeed . Good luck
  22. HJE, I have my advisor or the tech ride with me so I can make sure they hear the noise. Good luck.
