Crew Cab Window Switch

Heres an odd one for you, mines a GMT900 Crewcab, yesterday I figured out that the rear window behind the driver will roll down with the master switch, but will only roll up with the switch on the door.

No biggie, trucks still got a little warranty left, and I am in a unique position to 'borrow' parts so I took a new master switch and gave her the 'ol plugeroo.....

and same. Still rolls down but not up.

My truck is a 2007 LT, basic heated power mirrors, tilt, cruise and A/C. Nothing too special, no blinky mirrors or power folders or anything like that. I dont believe the switch has to be programmed, all the other window work the same with the new one or the old one.

So... I will update as its going to be seeing a REAL tech tomorrow... yay!

whew! I see this topic was really burning up the threads!!!

So, it turns out that when I put my handles on, I failed to fully seat the connector on the rear window switch. Why the rear switch worked correctly and the front did not I do not know, but simply plugging it in all the way fixed my problem. Dealer no-charged me anyways, and she is good to go!

If you unplug anything, make sure you plug it back in!!!!!!
