First where do I look to get to relay for these slower spds? then how hard is it to replace blower motor[bearing making loud noise]

First where do I look to get to relay for these slower spds? then how hard is it to replace blower motor[bearing making loud noise]

 

 

I just replaced the relay in my 04. was doing the same thing. on mine the resistor was under the cover on the passenger side. Just above the floor board. was pretty easy th replace. removed the screws holding the cover on then removed the resistor. (two screws).
