B0028 - Srs Error Code

My air bag light has been going on and off at times for a while now. Today I had it scanned and I got B0028 - Passenger Side Deployment Loop Resistance Low.

 

I did a search and I don't come up with anything. Can anyone shed light on this. How do I fix it?

I suggest you go to the FSM for the diagnostic chart.
