I know this probably depends on the dealer, but if you buy a used truck (a year or 2 old) will/can they install lifts, rims, tires, whatever and include it in the price financed?

Out in Phoenix they would install superchargers or whatever else you want. Here in MA, you will get laughed at even suggesting it. I guess it depends on the geographic location.
