Tunes Questions For Beginners...

I am considering getting a Blackbear tune for my '05 Sierra 5.3l. I have some questions though. Any feedback is appreciated.

 

1) Everyone says the 'drive-ability' is better, what do they mean.

 

2) Can you get more power + slightly better fuel mileage?

 

3) Will it hurt the truck in the long term?

 

4) If I go the cheaper route and do not do the cable learn, where can I get the crank relearn done and what will it cost.

 

Any other things I should be thinking of or considering. Thanks.

1. Better throttle response?

2. Yes

3. No

4. Sorry, no help on that, as I had mine done in person.
