Transfer Flow Tank

I have a 2008 Silverado Crewcab LTZ Duramax. I am going to install a Transfer Flow 45 gallon midship fuel tank. I would like to know if the DIC will recognize the 45 gallon tank. Will the low fuel light alarm at 20 gallons or will it alarm at 39 gallons? Will it count down the gallons used to 45? I think that the gauge will work but not sure if the DIC will accomodate the larger tank. Thanks.

I installed the same tank in my 2003 GMC Duramax. The DIC and fuel gauge worked just fine. The only difference was that the gauge moved much slower. Excellent tank from a very good company. You will love it.
