Tahoe Front End On A Silverado

I'm not sure I like it... I mean, I love the look of the tahoes and the avalanche, but I don't think it fits with the Silverado for some reason???

 

 

 

Can the Vortec max burn rubber like that in stock form? Or is what we're seeing the result of a tune???

I read that it's a 5.3 with a cam and higher stall converter installed with tune. With a few mods, it's very potent.

I thought Vortec Max packages were the 6.0l??? So he just slapped a vortec max badge on for the heck of it???

It looks nice but makes the silverado look to CAR-ish. An SUV or a truck that the wife would drive YES. For me to drive no.

Tahoe front end looks awesome!!!! I wish they made these trucks with that look!!!!

 

Escalade front end, not so much. All those upgrades on that truck and no steering wheel controls or climate control???

Tahoe grill looks good, but then you have the hoe front fenders matched with the silverado rear fenders and that ruins it for me.

I was thinking the same thing. I like the tahoe front end but then I was looking at the bed and it doesn't flow right.

And I hate when guys put a VortecMAX badge on a truck that is not a VortecMAX.

I do like how the luggage rack rails he installed look,although I wouldn't put them on mine,they look better than I thought they would.

It looks alright. But it looks more "street" than anything. If Silverado's looked like that, people would complain that they don't look as "tough" as the other trucks out there right now.

Yeah not as "tough" looking is the perfect word. As I first thought something the wife or girlfriend would drive that likes trucks.
