Recently rebuilt tranny at 28,000 miles from my local dealer.

 

31,XXX miles on truck

 

Mods: GMPP Cols Air Intake, Magnaflow Exhaust..

 

 

Truck is out of warranty and the rims shown in photos are not for sale..The stock alloys will come with on truck.

Why the hell was the tranny rebuilt already?

 

You say that like you have never heard of a bad GM transmission. Truck was slipping 2nd-3rd,3rd-4th. Turned out to be debris from clutches in valve body causing it to slip intermittently. Trans is all fresh now. Truck has never been off roaded in 4x4 or towed anything other then jetski's and that was only once on old transmission and new.

I understand there are faulty tranny's every once in awhile, I just thought it needed some explanation rather than just saying it's been rebuilt.

 

 

Oh, and you do not have a 1500HD. It's just a normal 1500. 1500HD's were always crew cabs and had the eight lug axles.
