Inside Temperature Sensor - 2007 Classic

Hi All,

Anyone know where the temp. sensor inside the cab is located, part number and approx. cost for replacement on my 2007 Silverado Classic?

I think I might have punched a hole through it adding a bracket to the dash. Should know better than to work on vehicles when I have a cold! Auto on climate control doesn't seem to work now, or maybe it has just gotten colder outside?!

Thanks in advance,

Stephen

Looks like I am OK.... it seems the Auto mode waits for enough engine heat to be able to meet the temp. that is set. It just didn't get there in the 7 minute drive to work..

I found all the sensors, and they are nowhere near the piece of trim I was worried about.

Thanks,

Stephen

Auto works with your Ac unit.. It should blow heat pretty quick

I reread the owner's manual on that section, and that's how I am interpreting it now...

Thanks!
