idk about the new trucks but my 2006 sierra didnt come with fog lights, but when i put hids in my truck i noticed the wires were in the front behind the headlights taped to the outside of wire loom for all the other front lights and it already has the connector on it, also when i installed my keyless entry alarm i noticed there was another harness taped to the wires goin to my headlight/interior over rides, which is on the left side of the dash, if you pull of the cover you should find the harness actually stuck in your cover. good luck.

Lots of info here on that subject. I am pretty sure you get a wiring harness with the fog kit. No wires in fender for it. Part # 19170447 is for the Sierra. I hope mine comes in tomorrow. If I'm wrong someone correct me. Hope this helps.
