Newbie Needs Help Removing Inside Door Panels

Hi everyone, newbie to this forum, I just got myself a new white 09' Silverado extended cab, LTZ, and am doing some upgrades.

I'd like to ask if anyone has taken pictures on how to remove the front inner door panels.

I bought a pair of OEM chrome handles and I would like to swap these from the stock white ones.

I have so far purchased a OEM Chrome exhaust tip and had it wire welded onto the end of the stock exhaust pipe, installed stainless steel inner door sill covers, had a Line-X bedliner sprayed in, a Access bed cover installed, added 6" oval chrome step bars, and hood deflector and window deflectors added. I think tomorrow I'll cut some clear 3M plastic protector stuff and cover the outside painted sill to protect from shoes and boots.

I thought up one great idea to keep my rear seat interior clean, (which is cashmere beige leather), from my White Springer Spaniel and her dirty feet and wet fur

I bought a 9' X 15' painters canvas with a poli backing, it matches my interior color perfect. I folded it in half one way and again the other way- so now its 4 layers deep, the positioned it over the whole back seat and back, used paper-clips pushed into the headrest holes to remove the headrests, then cut slots through the canvas and ran the headrests through the canvas back into the rear seats. Now Daisy can jump into the rear seat and I don't have to worry about dirt or water wrecking my light colored leather seats. If I have people in the back, I can pop off the headrests and remove the canvas to have a new, clean seats. I know you can buy seat covers, but they let water and sand go throught onto your seats, and they don't match as well as the canvas does.Plus it cost me about $25.
