Installation Of Plow On 09 Sierra 2500

I'm hoping to pick up a new 2500 this week, after trading in my 08 F250. I plan to keep the plow I have, 8' Fisher Xblade, and use it on the Sierra.

 

Has anyone installed the truck side of the plow on one of these trucks? I'm pretty confident I can do it, just wondering if there are any obstacles I'm not planning for. I believe I will have to notch the truck bumper for the push plates?

The plastic part of the bumper is held on with little clip-type things. You can just undo them and take that part entirely off so that nothing irreversible is done. But you shouldn't need to modify anything.
