Hvac Control Unit

Does anyone know if the dual manual unit could be swapped out with the digital auto climate unit or is the wiring all different? Just asking since I can get my hands on one for cheap.

what about the ten thousand temp sensors that it'll need too?

I'm assuming that going from automatic to manual will leave the sensors unhooked and serving no purpose. The manual system does not self regulate, These are only my assumptions, hopefully someone can answer for sure if it will work. The dealers all said the D.I.C. couldn't possibly work by just addind it to the system, but it did.

 

I see now, he wants to go from manual to auto, I'm wanting to go from auto to manual.

I have an auto tahoe and a manual silvy,, and the tahoe has a ton of sensors, and the silvy has only a sunload sensor that I've found.. Anything is possible, but is it feasbile? Mostlikely not..
