Load Range P-xl Or Lt-c?

I'm going to replace the tires on my Tahoe, non leveled and I'm going to run 275/65/18 on my aftermarket 9 in wide wheels. By miles: 40% Highway, %40 towing a 5000lb enclosed trailer with race motorcycles, %20 ski trip and some minor messing around off roading.

I was going to go with the Toyo ATs load range C, which are rated at 2535 lbs at 50psi but they are on national back order for a month.

The shop suggest Terra Grapplers in the same size but XL rated at 3086 lbs at 50psi.

Since I have an SUV I won't have a problem with either's load rating but would the XL be as stable as the LT when towing? Any thoughts on how these compare on things like ride comfort or wear?

Thanks,

Chris

LT will be more stable towing, will also improve overall handling.
